Weymouth chairman George Rolls backs Ian Hutchinson

Weymouth chairman George Rolls says he wants to offer manager Ian Hutchinson a contract extension at the club.
Rolls told BBC Radio Solent: "I've spoken to Ian and I'd like to extend his contract because I want some stability at the club.
"He has our backing and we're all happy here so we'll sit down at Christmas to discuss it."
Hutchinson was sacked as Weymouth boss in January but rejoined the club in April after Jerry Gill resigned.
Despite letting Hutchinson go earlier this year, Rolls insists the pair have a good working relationship.
A year ago we were being liquidated and one year on Weymouth football club are still going. We are delighted to still be about and to be a fairly debt-free club other than our CVA payments.

"We have a mutual respect for each other about what we are both trying to achieve here, and we both are certainly doing the best we can for Weymouth football club," he said.
"I said to Ian he was here for the season and the fans wanted him here. He's done a good job and I would be a fool to get rid of him."
Weymouth saw their seven-match unbeaten run in all competitions come to an end on Saturday when they were beaten 4-2 by Banbury United.
Although the result leaves them bottom of the Zamaretto Premier Division on eight points, Ross says this is still a big achievement, given that the Terras were deducted 10 points this season for having gone into administration.
"To have started the season on minus 10 points and with results going against us was tough. But things have picked up now and all of a sudden we were seven games unbeaten and everything is coming to fruition on the pitch.
"A year ago we were being liquidated and one year on Weymouth football club are still going. We are delighted to still be about and to be a fairly debt-free club other than our CVA payments.
"If we can come fifth from bottom we'll be happy. Next season will be about consolidation in the Premier Division and then we will look to kick on because it will probably take four or five year years to get back to Conference South football," he said.
