Chelmsford City manager Glenn Pennyfather has urged his side to go and win promotion from the Blue Square Bet South this season.
The Clarets boss has been encouraged by their FA Cup run, which ended with a second-round defeat at Wycombe.
Pennyfather told BBC Essex: "They've set standards for themselves and we expect them now to be at that level every week.
"Every club craves success and ours is no different."
The Clarets got through four rounds to earn the trip to Wycombe - the first time in 24 years they had reached the second round stage.
Chelmsford are six points off the top of the Blue Square Bet South table with two games in hand on leaders Braintree Town.
