John has a lot to offer AFC Telford United - Sinton
Philip John played at Fleet Town
Telford manager Andy Sinton says that winger Philip John has got a lot to offer for the Bucks.
John, 25, made his first start for United in the draw with Alfreton and kept his place for the victory over Stalybridge Celtic.
"He's waited for his chance and he didn't do himself any harm in the Stalybridge victory," Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"He's still finding his feet but he's got lots to offer."
John joined the Bucks from Ismithian League Division One South side Fleet Town, where he played under Sinton.
"He scored 28 goals for me one year," said the Telford boss. "He plays right back, right midfield, in the centre. He's a valuable member of the squad to have."
