Harrogate Town have signed Liam McPhillips from Northern League club Billingham Synthonia.
The defender or midfielder has joined the Blue Square Bet North outfit after a year at the Teesside club.
McPhillips singed for Synthonia at the start of the 2008/09 season before moving onto Guisborough Town.
He re-signed for Billingham at the start of last season and went on to make 11 appearances this term, scoring one goal.
