Former AFC Telford manager Rob Smith has been appointed the new boss of Southern Premier side Hednesford Town.
Smith was sacked by Telford at the end of last season after the Bucks finished 11th in the Blue Square North and has been replaced by Andy Sinton.
He has named Larry Chambers as his assistant manager, after the pair worked together at the New Bucks Head.
During their time at Telford they achieved promotion into the Blue Square North and won the Setanta Shield.
Smith and assistant Larry Chambers joined Telford in February 2006, helping them avoid relegation from the Unibond Premier in their first season.
They went up the following year after a 3-1 win play-off win at Witton and then twice went close to gaining promotion into the Blue Square Premier.
Ironically it was Bernard McNally who they took over from when they joined Telford and now they will replace him at Keys Park.
