Ebbsfleet have signed midfielders Ram Marwa and Tom Phipp, and re-signed Clint Easton.
Easton, 32, who can also operate in defence, re-signs for the club after recovering from a fractured cheek bone which he sustained in February.
Attacking midfielder Marwa, 29, arrives at Stonebridge Road following his release from Blue Square Bet Premier side Hayes and Yeading.
Phipp, 17, moves up from Fleet's youth team set-up.
Fleet manager Liam Daish is re-building his squad after all of their playing staff were let go because of financial problems following their relegation to Blue Square Bet South last season.
Easton will be one of Ebbsfleet's most experienced players having previously played at Gillingham, Wycombe, Norwich and Watford.
Before joining Hayes, Marwa had spells with Grays, St Albans City, Dagenham & Redbridge and Erith & Belvedere.
He played against the Fleet last season and scored vital goals which helped preserve Garry Haylock's side their Blue Square Bet Premier status.
Ebbsfleet's first pre-season fixture is at Aveley on 20 July.
