Blue Square Bet South side Lewes have released experienced French striker Jean-Michel Sigere.
The 33-year-old scored four goals in 21 appearances last season as the Rooks successfully avoided relegation.
Lewes manager Steve Ibbitson told The Argus: "Siggy has been a great servant to the club. He did well for us but we had to look at the budget.
"He scored a few goals and helped in our revival but it was a decision we had to make."
Sigere, a former France under-21 international, joined Lewes in December 2009 having spent time at Eastbourne, Ebbsfleet, Margate, Stevenage and Rushden & Diamonds.
Midfielder James Fraser has also been released by the Sussex club.
