Bath City have signed former Hayes & Yeading midfielder Marc Canham on a free transfer.

The 27-year-old had spells with Colchester United and Bournemouth before making more than 200 appearances for Team Bath.

Canham played 38 games for Hayes & Yeading last season but was one of 11 players who were released by manager Garry Haylock.

Meanwhile Lewis Hogg and Gethin Jones have have agreed new deals with City.

Jim Rollo, Darren Edwards, Adie Harris and Kaid Mohamed have yet to commit themselves to fresh contracts offered by boss Adie Britton.

Bath, who booked a place back in non-league football's top flight after beating Woking in the play-off final, have announced a busy programme of pre-season friendlies.

The highlights are Twerton Park visits for League One sides Bristol Rovers on 14 July and Exeter City on 20 July.
