Grays Athletic to find out which league they will be in
Grays will find out at a Football Association hearing on Thursday which league they will play in next season.
Grays were relegated from the Blue Square Premier but chose not to take a place in the Blue Square Bet South.
Instead the club opted to apply for a place in the Ryman League, a bid that was rejected by the FA, and were then placed in the Essex Senior League.
Financially stricken Grays, who managed to avoid being wound up last season, appealed against that decision.
Grays were not accepted into the Ryman League because they had not submitted the relevant paperwork in time or clarified which ground they would be playing at next season.
Owner Andy Swallow disputes that claim, saying he completed the application before the deadline and made the relevant parties aware of their plans to groundshare with East Thurrock United.
The 2005 FA Trophy winners finished 23rd in the Blue Square Premier last season, with just 26 points from 44 games.
