Harrogate Town assistant manager Tom Wade has left the club by mutual consent after a year in the job.
The former Blyth and Bedlington boss was originally brought in to give Town manager Simon Weaver more experience in his support team.
Club general manager Alan Williams described Wade as "one of football's true gentlemen".
Williams added that there was a lot of work going on "behind the scenes" to build a squad for next season.
He said: "New players are coming into the club. However for administration reasons we can't sign anyone until it is 100% confirmed after the league AGMs where we will be competing next season."
