Worcester City look set to play in Blue Square North next season, despite finishing in the Blue Square South relegation zone last season.
Line-ups for both divisions are subject to confirmation at the Football Conference's AGM on 12 June.
"The news has come as a big relief and it's an opportunity we intend to grasp with both hands," manager Carl Heeley told the club's website.
"It's a challenge we're all up for and I'm looking forward to it."
