Buckland Athletic move five points clear at top of SWPL
Buckland Athletic have moved five points clear at the top of the South West Peninsula League after beating Torpoint Athletic 3-0 on Tuesday.
Third-placed Falmouth Town have now scored 19 goals in their last three matches, with the latest a 5-1 win away at Cullompton Rangers.
Tuesday also saw big wins for St Blazey, who beat Liskeard 4-1, and Saltash who hammered Holsworthy 6-1.
Second-placed Bodmin are in action on Wednesday night at home to Launceston.
A win for the 2009 SWPL champions would see them move back to within two points of Buckland at the top of the table, with both sides still having three games left to play.
