Dartford have won promotion to Blue Square South after a convincing victory at Kingstonian.
They won the game 6-2 thanks to two goals each from Elliot Bradbrook and Ryan Hayes and one from Daniel Harris and Lee Burns.
It comes just two years after winning the Ryman North title and it completes the dream for manager Tony Burman.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "The players delivered and delivered in style. It's a fantastic feeling."
He added: "I'm really pleased for all the players and everyone involved with the club.
"At the start of the season we had a fantastic run and we beat some good sides. There was something special with that fantastic start we had and the players work rate has been absolutely fantastic and it's been wonderful to be the manager of them.
"This is the best feeling as a manager. I had some good times as a player, I won leagues as a player but now I'm fortunate enough to win another league as a manager and I'm delighted.
"You have to have a good backroom staff. I've got Paul Sawyer and Steve Moseley as close assistants and without them I wouldn't be doing this and those two have to take an awful lot of credit for all the work they do."
Chairman Dave Skinner has overseen a spell in which the club spent 13 years sharing grounds.
He reflected on the past saying: "During the middle of a season we would say we could get to the end of a season but can we go any further? The fans and the directors over the years contributed massively to keeping the club alive. We all had a dream back in 1992 when the club reformed that the club would rise from the ashes and that is exactly what we have done."
Dover Athletic have confirmed a Blue Square South play-off place after beating Weymouth 2-0. It was their eighth win in a row and it gives them to chance to win promotion for the third year running.
Manager Andy Hessenthaler said: "It's about results, we looked a bit leggy today, but we needed to secure our play-off place and we did that today."
"We've got two games to go first and we want to win those first but we've done a job so far."
Margate conceded two goals in the last four minutes to lose 3-2 to Aveley which leaves them in the Ryman Premier Division relegation zone. They had twice gone ahead through Nick Barnes and Jay Saunders.
Maidstone are just one place off the bottom after losing 1-0 to Hornchurch but Tonbridge are still in play-off contention after winning 3-0 at Horsham. They are just a point off fifth place with a game in hand.
Folkestone Invicta are four points behind Ryman South leaders Croydon Athletic with a game in hand. They won 3-1 at Whitstable, which further relegation worries on their Kent opponents.
Ashford boosted their survival hopes with a 2-0 win over Sittingbourne.
Faversham Town need only four points to win the Kent league title after a 1-0 win at Holmesdale.
