Ilkeston came from behind to beat AFC Telford after scorer Adam Dugdale was sent off for two bookable offences.
Defender Dugdale had put the Bucks in charge with 20 minutes to go but was then shown a second yellow card for a foul on Ilkeston keeper Dan Lawson.
Ilkeston them turned it round with goals from Jack Watts and Jason Lee.
"I'm devastated," Telford assistant manager Larry Chambers told BBC Radio Shropshire. "We've thrown the game away. The sending off has cost us."
Ilkeston climb above Telford, Rob Smith's Bucks dropping to ninth in Blue Square North - three points behind the play-off pack, with just four games left.
