First away win for Harrogate Town at Vauxhall Motors
Harrogate Town moved off the bottom of Blue Square North with their first away league victory of the season, a 2-1 win at relegation rivals Vauxhall Motors.
Peter Knox (31) and Simon Yeo (34) put Town in control, with Joshua Macauley (68) pulling one back.
Town boss Simon Weaver told BBC Radio York: "We said six points out of six [after beating Gainsborough] would be a huge boost to everyone at the club.
"We managed to do that, and we look forward to Telford on Saturday now."
Weaver now believes his side can take points from Telford, who are on the fringes of the promotion play-offs.
"More and more I believe in this team. We made those signings round about Christmas time and we played fantastically well against Hinckley [winning 3-1].
"Then we had four defeats, and three of those we should have got a point from."
In terms of avoiding the drop, Town's current targets are Redditch and Solihull Moors, who are seven points above them but have played two games more.
"We responded well on Saturday [against Gainsborough] and now that's three wins out of seven. It's looking up and hopefully we can continue it," Weaver added.
