Newport County midfielder Nathan Davies has joined Blue Square South rivals Weymouth on a one-month loan deal.
The 27-year-old has joined the struggling Dorset side in time for Saturday's clash with Basingstoke.
Davies has been a regular fixture for Newport since 2001, but has found his opportunities limited this season following injury.
Newport are the runaway leaders of the division, while Weymouth are second bottom, five points from safety.
