Two St Austell footballers have been banned from the game for 140 days by the Cornwall FA after pleading guilty to assault at a disciplinary hearing.
Lee Whetter and Ben Douglas both admitted to the charges which relate to St Austell's home game against Newquay on 17 October.
The pair were sent off during the game, at which point a mass melee ensued between fans and players in the stand.
Both Whetters and Douglas have also been fined £100 by the Cornwall FA.
The two players escaped a larger fine by agreeing to undertake 40 hours work on a football project in the St Austell area.
At the hearing, which took place on Monday, both AFC St Austell and Newquay FC were also hit with a fine by the Cornwall FA, as well as being severely warned as to their future conduct.
AFC St Austell have been fined £500, half of which has been suspended for 12 months, whilst Newquay FC were fined £200, of which £100 has been suspended for a year.
