Newton (left) and Killock will stay with Telford until 2011
AFC Telford United have made the loan deals of Oxford's Shane Killock and Barrow's Sean Newton permanent.
Central defender Killock, 20, and full-back Newton, 21, have signed for the Bucks until the end of next season.
Newton filled the vacancy left by James Meredith's summer exit to York, and Killock has forged a strong partnership at the back with Gavin Cowan.
The club have also revealed that the fee received for midfielder Steve Torpey from Fleetwood is £4,000.
Torpey's departure came as a surprise as he only signed for the Bucks from Stalybridge at the start of the season.
But he has cited increased business commitments in the north west, which were making travel to Telford for matches and training difficult, for the move.
"There will be debate about the fee, but the board and management are satisfied with the deal for a player that we signed for free and who was out of contract in a few months' time," Telford chairman Lee Carter told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"The deal suited everyone, especially seeing as Steve's personal circumstances had altered since he joined in the summer."
