Gary Whild has a fully fit squad to select from for Farsley Celtic
Redditch United manager Gary Whild feels the penalties for clubs going into administration should be stronger.
The Reds host Farsley Celtic this weekend, who are bottom of Blue Square North after a 10-point deduction.
"I think it has worn a bit thin now as it has happened three or four times already this season," said Whild.
"When you look at three points for a win you can soon claw back the 10 points, so I think it is something that definitely needs to be looked at."
While he insists he has nothing against Farsley Celtic in particular, Whild feels too many clubs are overspending and then using the 10-point penalty to get themselves out of trouble.
"I know that when the directors first took over at this club that would have been an easy option for them, but they fought their way out and haven't gone down that route," he added.
"So it is disappointing that a lot of clubs seem to be doing that as an easy way out."
Whild is expecting Farsley to prove a very tough test at Valley Stadium, as he acknowledges they are far better than their bottom of the table spot would suggest.
"Farsley are a difficult side as, were it not for the 10-point deduction, they would probably be in the top half of the table," he said.
"They are obviously putting some results together and it will be a tough game.
We need to get a decent result and get out of the relegation places as soon as possible

"They will be looking to claw back some points against us as they probably look upon this as being a chance to bring us back down into the bottom three and keep us down there."
The Reds have no injury problems going into the game, but they will be without the suspended Jamie Oliver following his red card in the Blue Square North match at Stalybridge Celtic.
"Although we are always candidates to get relegated it is not very often we are in the bottom three," Whild added.
"So we need to get a decent result and get out of the relegation places as soon as possible."
There will be coverage of Redditch United against Farsley Celtic as part of Sport on Saturday from 1400 BST on BBC Hereford and Worcester.
