Saltash United crashed out of the FA Cup on Tuesday, losing 6-5 at Gillingham Town, whilst Truro City beat Bridport 7-0 to go through.
Saltash held Town to a 1-1 draw in the first qualifying round last Saturday, but the replay saw them outgunned by their Dorset rivals.
Having also drawn 1-1 at Treyew Road on Saturday, Truro made easier work of their replay in Bridport.
Truro will now play Maidenhead Town in the second qualifying round.
