Penzance are on 13 points after six matches in the league.
Cullompton were also in action on Tuesday, beating Witheridge 2-1 at home, while Liskeard and Holsworthy drew 3-3.
Victory leaves Cullompton fourth in the league, while Witheridge are eighth, with three wins.
