Cullompton beat second-placed Elburton 3-2 in the South West Premier League on Saturday to move up to fifth.
Penzance continued their strong start to the season with a 3-0 win at home against Buckland which took them up to fourth place.
Tavistock were 4-1 winners at home over Holsworthy, who are yet to gain any points in the league so far.
On Friday, Saltash were 1-0 winners against local rivals Plymouth Parkway, who dropped to third.
Falmouth won 2-0 at home to Ivybridge, while St Blazey overcame Launceston 3-1 away from home.
Like Holsworthy, Clyst Rovers are still searching for their first points of the season after they lost 2-1 away to Wadebridge.
Toproint won 1-0 at home against Liskeard, while Dartmouth and Bovey drew 1-1.
