AFC Telford got into the winning habit over Harrogate after a slow start to their league season at home.
Goals from winger Steve Torpey and Phil Trainer made the points safe in the second half, the win lifting Telford to fifth in the Blue Square North.
Striker Andy Brown limped off in the first half and, with Matt Nolan leaving the club this week, strikers are now at a premium for the Bucks.
Brian Dutton scored a consolation for the North Yorkshire side.
Telford assistant manager Larry Chambers told BBC Radio Shropshire:

"I'm pleased and relieved. We'd played three games at home and failed to win any of them, so it was nice to put that to bed today.
"We've had three away wins but we haven't played our best, so it was nice to play some decent football today and pick three points up.
"I still think we were a bit wasteful in the final third, but we were patient and things happened in the second half."
