Worcester City began their pre-season programme with a 3-2 win over Stafford Rangers at Marston Road.
Trialist Aaron Moses-Garvey gave City a 21st-minute lead before Tom Thorley, who recently turned down a deal at Worcester, equalised with a penalty.
A Jake Moult spot kick put Stafford ahead just after the hour mark but Jordan Fitzpatrick equalised with the game's third penalty on 72 minutes.
Teenager Louis Bridges scored City's winner 12 minutes from time.
