Alfreton Town assistant manager Russ O'Neill has signed a new two-year deal with the Blue Square North side.
Manager Nicky Law, who recently agreed an extension to his contract, said: "He is very much a trusted right-hand man.
"I know whatever I ask him to do will get done professionally and properly. I can trust him explicitly."
Meanwhile, the Reds have appointed former Mansfield Town and Ilkeston Town physiotherapist Paul Madin on a one-year deal.
