AFC Telford United manager Rob Smith has declared his interest in Vauxhall Motors midfielder Tom Field by inviting him to train with the Bucks.
Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire: "Tom will do pre-season with us. We'll have a good look at him.
"He'll play a few friendlies during the summer to see what he can do."
Field is a former Everton trainee and played for The New Saints as well as non-league sides Stalybridge Celtic, Southport, Altrincham and Droylsden.
Telford recently added Stalybridge winger Steve Torpey to their ranks and Smith said he is looking to sign three more players before the start of the season.
