Simon Weaver has made his first three signings for the club since taking over as manager of Harrogate Town.
Goalkeeper John Lamb, midfielder Dave McTiernan and left-sided player Leon Scott have all moved to Wetherby Road.
Harrogate are expected to announce more signings before the new season gets under way in August.
"We're setting up a programme for pre-season that we want to stick to and be organised ahead of it," Harrogate boss Weaver told BBC Radio York.
Goalkeeper Lamb, who has joined Harrogate from Ossett Town, has played for Halifax, Guiseley and Leigh RMI.
Both Scott and McTiernan have played for Newcastle Blue Star and Whitby Town.
