Stamford manager Dougie Keast has left the club by mutual consent after 15 months in charge.
Last season the Daniels finished seventh in the Unibond First Division South, drawing 16 of their 38 matches.
Keast told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "Our aspirations were greater than what we achieved, unfortunately the draws proved to be our downfall.
"We tried to play attractive football and at the same time winning football, but I still think you can do both."
Assistant manager Ian Pledger has also left the club.
In a statement on Stamford's website, chairman Bob Feetham said the decision had been made after long discussions with Keast and with the current economic situation in mind.
