Lincoln City 0-2 Aldershot

Aldershot outplayed Lincoln City to end their League Two season on a high.

Veteran Imps striker Geoff Horsfield wasted three good chances before John Grant headed the Shots in front.

Louis Soares almost made it 2-0 when he hit the post after bursting into the area, while Horsfield missed a chance to level from a Lee Beevers' cross.

Ben Wright went close for the home side after the break but Grant hit the bar for the Shots and Scott Davies sealed victory with a fine shot from 25 yards.
