AFC Telford boss Rob Smith says he is "very hopeful" both Jon Adams and top scorer Andy Brown will be fit to play against Alfreton in the play-offs.
Midfielder Jon Adams limped off against Tamworth on Saturday after aggravating a hamstring injury and striker Andy Brown has recovered from a leg injury.
Alfreton go into one of the biggest games in their history in great form.
Nicky Law's side are unbeaten in their last 13 games, having only lost two games away from home all season.
However, Telford are unbeaten in their last eight matches at New Bucks Head.
Alfreton beat the Bucks 3-1 at home the last time the teams met on Easter Monday.
Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire: "We're very hopeful on both [Adams and Brown].
"It will be a big boost and we'll have a strong team to put out. They came through training well."
Adams picked up a hamstring strain playing against Alfreton at the start of April in the 3-1 defeat at the Impact Arena. Brown has scored 20 goals so far this season despite suffering with a foot and leg injury.
The Bucks finished fourth in the league to set up the tie, with Southport and Gateshead competing in the other semi-final for the chance to gain promotion into the top flight of non-league football.
Smith rested a number of key players for the last game of the season against Tamworth, with Carl Rodgers, Gavin Cowan and Liam Blakeman all expected to go straight back into the side.
