Stewart Yetton scored his 35th goal of the campaign as Truro secured their 17th away win of the season.
Yetton slotted home a penalty in a match that was of little significance to the recently-crowned Southern League Division One South & West champions.
Truro controlled the game and could have increased their lead with good chances for Liam Eddy and Sam Cooper.
The Tigers will be presented with the Championship trophy at next Saturday's home game to Didcot Town.
