Sappleton (right) stretches the Droylesden defence on Saturday
AFC Telford midfielder Jon Adams says on-loan striker Ricky Sappleton's partnership with Andy Brown could be crucial in their promotion challenge.
Sappleton hit the Setanta Shield semi winner at Barrow and then impressed alongside two-goal Brown in his home debut against Droylsden on Saturday.
"Ricky works well with Andy and they're already giving defenders nightmares," Adams told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"A new signing at this stage gives everyone a boost."
Jamaica Under-20 international Sappleton, who has joined Telford for first-team experience, is filling for suspended striker Terry Fearns.
"He plays with no fear, holds the ball up for us, and knows how to score too," said Adams.
We all relish playing and winning away from home makes those coach journeys seem so much easier

Sappleton's arrival has coincided with an upturn in form for the Bucks, who have picked up three wins on the bounce since their FA Trophy run came to an end.
That run has meant the Bucks have a congested Blue Square North fixture programme to contend with.
Telford must play at least two games a week until the end of the season, starting with Tuesday night's trip to Farsley Celtic (31 March, 1945 BST).
"Yes. It's hectic," said Adams. "I feel as if I've got a bed on the bus!
"But we all relish playing and winning away from home makes those coach journeys seem so much easier."
