Redditch manager Gary Whild has praised his players for their level of effort as they prepare for another tough home game against Fleetwood.
The Reds, who are 20th in the Blue Square North, take on the promotion hopefuls at Valley Stadium on Tuesday.
Whild told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "In the dressing room they listen and as a manager you can't ask for more.
"They are tremendous, they lack a bit of experience but you can't knock them for effort."
