Telford players celebrate Carl Rodgers opening goal
AFC Telford United were comfortable winners away at lowly Hyde United.
Carl Rodgers opened the scoring, Danny Carey-Bertram making the game safe soon after half time with a tidy finish.
Mark Danks then came off the bench to score twice and leave the Bucks still third, six points off leaders Gateshead but with three games in hand.
Assistant manager Larry Chambers told BBC Radio Shropshire: "The main thing was that we won. The performance isn't important at this stage of the season."
There is no respite for the busy Bucks who must now make the long trek to Cumbria on Tuesday night for their Setanta Shield semi-final with Barrow (3 March, 1945 GMT).
