Rob Smith's promotion dreams could hinge on Telford's fixture problems (James Baylis)
The Setanta Shield tie between Barrow and Telford was abandoned after just 21 minutes after metal sheeting was blown onto the pitch.
The original fixture was called off because of frost and a second delay does neither side any favours.
Barrow are aiming to avoid relegation from the Blue Square Premier.
Telford face playing three times in a week to ease a fixture congestion built up by their runs in the FA Cup and FA Trophy this season.
Telford boss Rob Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire he backed the referee's decision, but added: "I'm devastated for the supporters as well as the players who've taken a day off work for the second time to travel to Barrow and still haven't see the match take place."
The two clubs and Blue Square officials must again sort out a new date, which will not be easy considering Telford's league and cup commitments.
