AFC Telford United defender Lee Vaughan has aggravated an ankle injury to leave the Bucks with only 12 fit players.
Vaughan will miss Saturday's FA Trophy second round tie with Hayes & Yeading after breaking down in training.
Telford already have Steve Jagielka (medial ligament) and Indy Khela (hamstring) out of action.
And boss Rob Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire: "We're down to the bare bones with 12 fit players. Martyn Naylor is another who won't feature."
Utility man Naylor only made his comeback against Stafford Rangers on New Year's Day after six weeks out with a thigh strain.
The Bucks beat Boston United in the last round 2-1 at York Street.
Hayes & Yeading, who play in the Blue Square South, breezed past Grays Athletic, winning 2-0.
