Blue Square Premier leaders Burton Albion will give a late fitness test to defender Tony James.

Defender Jake Buyton and midfielder John McGrath are both suspended and Saul Deeney will replace rested goalkeeper Kevin Poole.

Farsley midfielder Dominic Krief will miss the match through suspension.

Neil Parsley's Blue Square North side have not played a competitive match since their 2-0 FA Trophy win against Droylsden on 22 November.

Burton boss Nigel Clough told BBC Radio Derby: "It's not a competition we want to get knocked out of. It's no time for resting on our laurels, we need to go out even harder.

"Having got knocked out of the FA Cup at the first hurdle, it would be nice to go a few rounds in the Trophy and see where that takes us."
