Dryden's Worcester City lie ninth in Blue Square South
Worcester City manager Richard Dryden has praised the attitude of some of his younger players following the 2-1 win at Hampton and Richmond on Saturday.
Goals from Matt Dinsmore and Ben Davies helped City come from a goal behind and halt a run three consecutive defeats.
Dryden told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "It's easy to develop a losing mentality, but today we have managed to raise our game.
"We have a lot of young lads and they have dug in and organised well."
Davies came off the bench to score City's winner and Dryden said he typifies the attitude he wants in his players.
"Rob came on worked hard. He's a good lad, very fit and probably unlucky to not to have started," said Dryden.
"His attitude is different class. The lads who have been left out have been great and it's important if they don't play their attitudes are right, and they were today," he added.
