Magpies boss Hippolyte was delighted to being Williams back

Striker Manny Williams has returned to Maidenhead United on loan from Blue Square Premier outfit Woking.

Williams, the Magpies' player of the year last season, has failed to break into the Cards first-team since moving to the Kingfield Stadium in the summer.

He will go straight into the squad to face Chelmsford City on Saturday.

Johnson Hippolyte, manager of the Blue Square South side, told the Maidenhead Advertiser: "He is a quality player and the sort you want in your team."

He added: "I don't know how I am going to pay for him yet, I will have to speak to [financial director] Peter Griffin."
