Taylor 's Boston United are set to play Cambridge in the FA Cup
Boston United manager Tommy Taylor says he would swap an FA Cup run for success in the UniBond Premier League.
The Pilgrims fell to 15th in the table after losing 3-1 at Marine on Tuesday in a third successive league defeat.
But Boston have made it through to the FA Cup fourth qualifying round and face a plum home tie against Blue Square Premier side Cambridge United.
Taylor told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "I'd swap everything to be top of the league and I think everyone would."
"It's alright doing well in the cup games, but our priority is the league and being in the play-off positions or at the top."
Taylor said of the Marine defeat: "You can't tell me this team are in the top three on the second-half performance. We've bombarded them and they couldn't get out of their own half".
