Alfreton Town saw their seven-game unbeaten Blue Square North run ended with a 3-2 home defeat by 10-man Droylsden on Saturday.

Carl Lamb put Droylsden ahead after five minutes, only for Liam Hearn to level for the Reds 10 minutes later.

Droylsden had Steve Pickford sent off in the 56th minute after picking up two yellow cards and Danny Davidson put Alfreton 2-1 up 12 minutes later.

But Droylsden's Domaine Rouse and Kevin Townson answered back to seal the win.
