Jamie Vermiglio is frustrated by Telford's goal drought
Stand-in captain Jamie Vermiglio has urged the Telford players to buck their ideas up after being held 0-0 at home by Workington on Saturday.
"We're unbeaten at home, which is good, but the boys are frustrated that we're not scoring goals," the midfielder told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"Hopefully something's going to happen for us - perhaps a dodgy goal that'll kick-start our season.
"We need to come through this, but at the moment it's just not happening."
Telford had a very early penalty shout turned down against Workington, and Terry Fearns later hit a post.
But the Bucks' midfield failed to service the front line adequately, and the visiting keeper was rarely troubled.
Telford have been backed as one of the Blue Square North promotion favourites, but the Workington game was their third goalless draw in their last four home league matches.
