Boston United are through to the third qualifying round of the FA Cup after a 2-1 victory in their all-Lincolnshire tie against Stamford at York Street.
Jon Froggatt scored both goals for the Pilgrims, with the Daniels' first-half reply coming from Jamie Clarke.
Boston manager Tommy Taylor told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "At 1-1 it could have gone either way."
Stamford boss Dougie Keast said: "It was an entertaining game and my players acquitted themselves well."
The Pilgrims now have a tough tie away at Blue Square North leaders Southport on the weekend of October 10-12.
Elsewhere, Gainsborough Trinity were humbled by lower league opposition as they went down 3-0 at Halesowen Town, and Lincoln United lost 1-0 at home to Eastwood Town.
In the Unibond First Division South Grantham Town crashed to a 5-0 defeat at home by Glapwell, making it 20 goals conceded in the Gingerbreads' last five games, while Spalding United came from a goal down to win 2-1 at Willenhall town.
