Banbury United boss Kieron Sullivan admits his pre-season plans have been ruined by an injury crisis at the Spencer Stadium.
The Puritans recently called off a game against Hook Norton as they could not field a full team.
And Sullivan told BBC Oxford: "We are under a little bit of pressure with the numbers.
"It's certainly asking a few questions of the lads who are playing, and the ones who are missing will not be fit."
Five senior players are currently on the treatment table at the Spencer Stadium.
Banbury kick-off their season in the Southern League against local rivals Oxford City on 16 August.
