Truro City fans booed their side off the field after they lost 3-0 to Frome Town at Treyew Road.
The match was the Western League champions' first home game since the resignation of Dave Leonard as manager.
Director of football Chris Webb, who is in temporary charge of the side, saw City go behind to a Mark Salter goal just before half-time.
Salter doubled the tally after 55 minutes, and sixty seconds later Matt Peters completed the scoring.
The win moved Frome up to fourth in the Western Premier League. It was only City's third defeat of the season and their first at Treyew Road this campaign.
Truro had been unbeaten since Boxing Day when they lost 5-2 at Dawlish Town, a run of 17 games without defeat.
