Truro City won the Western Premier League trophy at Treyew Road after they thrashed Radstock Town 6-0 on Saturday.
City can now start planning for their rise to the Southern League next season. They will be the first Cornish side to have reached such heights.
Manager Dave Leonard told BBC Radio Cornwall he is absolutely delighted.
"Six? It could have been sixteen! We missed some glorious chances but it's been a long season. 106 points is the total I want," said Leonard.
"This is another step in this football club's history and Cornish football. I'm delighted."
It is Truro's third consecutive promotion since multi-millionaire Kevin Heaney took over as chairman in 2004.
City will become Cornwall's first full-time football club when they turn professional in June.
