Brewers face another away trek
Burton Albion head for North Wales on Saturday bidding to avoid a second cup exit inside four days.

Tuesday's 1-0 FA Cup defeat at Barnet is now followed by the FA Trophy first round meeting with Colwyn Bay.

Saul Deeney comes in for the injured Kevin Poole, while Keith Gilroy and Tony James are both injury doubts.

But, after being underdogs at Underhill, Nigel Clough's men will be favourites against the UniBond League side at Llanelian Road (1500 GMT).

Burton have twice made the FA Trophy semi-finals under Nigel Clough (in 2002 and 2005)
Burton won 4-0 at Gateshead in last season's FA Trophy first round
Burton won 4-0 at Halifax in this season's FA Cup first round

The trip to Wales marks the second in a run of four successive knockout games for Albion.

After a Birmingham Senior Cup tie at Sutton Coldfield-based Romulus next Tuesday night, the Brewers then face a local derby against Tamworth in the Conference Shield.

Next Saturday's game with Tamworth has been switched to a 1715 GMT kick-off for television purposes.

And Burton have also had another fixture switched for the same reason.

As a result of their FA Cup exit, Albion's league trip to one of their fellow promotion chasers Torquay United at Plainmoor, scheduled for third round weekend, has been put back 48 hours to Monday 7 January, also for live TV coverage.
