Nigeria reached the final of the African Women's Championship after thrashing Cameroon 5-1 on Thursday.
The result means that the Super Falcons are through to next year's World Cup in Germany.
Striker Perpetua Nkwocha scored her second hat-trick of the tournament in South Africa to help seal the win.
Helen Ukaonu and Ugochi Oparanozie also scored to put Nigeria in firm control of the game with Cameroon's Jeannette Ngock getting the consolation.
Nigeria will play the winner of the second semi-final between South Africa and defending champions Equatorial Guinea in the final.
