Portsmouth midfielder Amdy Faye returns to the side after injury |
Senegal coach Guy Stephan has named a 20-man squad for next month's 2006 World Cup qualifier against Liberia.
The Lions of Teranga travel to Monrovia for the Group One clash on 10 October.
Frenchman Stephan makes four changes to the squad that drew 2-2 with Senegal in August.
Bolton's El Hadji Diouf returns up front for the Senegalese and Pape Cire Dia, of local side Jaraf, also comes into the team as Mamadou Niang drops out.
In midfield, Portsmouth's Amdy Faye is recalled to the squad after a knee injury at the expense of Guirane Ndao, who plays for French side Sochaux.
2002 World Cup star Omar Daf is back in favour in defence, where both Habib Beye and Ibrahima Tall are forced to sit out the clash against the Lone Star.
Senegal lie second in Group One, trailing leaders Togo on goal difference.
