Two goals in the last ten minutes from Martyn Sansom gave St Ouen a deserved third league win of the season in the Dandara Premiership.
Ruben Pestana had put Jersey Scottish ahead in the first-half, against the run of play.
The result moves St Ouen to fifth in the table and leaves them one place behind Scottish on goal difference.
St Ouen travel to struggling St Clement on Saturday, 15 January, with Clement currently bottom of the Premiership.
